'Puzzled'

Like any other day... the day seemed boring, with little excitement and hardly much to look forward to... i guess a scheduled life takes the life out of.. life? anyway... so we decided to put a puzzle together...


The puzzle box... a thousand piece puzzle with the design of a running horse...

Well, it took roughly half a day for Lee Wen and i to put this thing together... however... the end product seemed pretty much satisfying...


Upon completion, the back of the puzzle was drenched in PVA glue and glued down to several pieces of A4 paper which weer later pasted together with scotch tape... this was how we intended to keep our hard work in one piece... no, we didn't have any better ideas...


The front of the puzzle was then drenched in a layer of PVA glue for a glossy effect and also to ensure glue gets between the cracks, thus, keeping the puzzle together...

it looks a little scary now, but PVA glue dries clear...
